and discuss the positives initiatives

constrain the South Asian communities.
To identify, train, mentor & certify
coaches, match officials and volunteers
etc from the South Asian communities.
To develop, support and mentor young
talented South Asian players to fulfil
their potential.
To create a database which will allow
BARA to store and manage details of South
Asian’s participating in rugby within
the UK & Ireland.
Promote both codes of rugby within
the South Asian communities in the UK
& Ireland and abroad.
To have affiliation with the International
Rugby board, Home Nations and South Asian
rugby unions.
To provide players to the Home Nations
and the South Asian rugby unions.
To work with the governing bodies locally,
regionally and nationally in promoting
rugby.
Help raise monies for charitable causes
in South Asia.
Build relationships with other sport
bodies within the UK & Ireland especially
within the Asian sports bodies.
