BARA will create an infrastructure which will encourage South Asians to participate in sport & physical activity through the medium of rugby as well as addressing the key social issues such as low education attainment, capacity building, citizenship, health, crime, social inclusion and racism.

BARA will create an infrastructure which will support & assist more South Asians to play rugby and also help the Asian Unions (especially India, Pakistan, & Sri Lanka) to improve their standards on and off the field.
