BARA & the Youth Charter are working together on tackling many of the serious issues facing our young people today by providing them with innovative programmes aiming to use their energy and develop their talents through sport and other initiatives while promoting social inclusion and good citizenship

BARA & the RFU are striving to make rugby a fully inclusive & accessible sport to members of the wider community from all ethnic & cultural backgrounds. One of the ways we are trying to achieve this is by understanding & addressing the reasons why the barriers exist. A growing relationship has been developed with Steve Farr (RFU Ethics & Equity Manager) which has rapidly accelerated the process.
